These terms govern your use of Rumorous, a game operated by SMF Automations ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using Rumorous, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use Rumorous.
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access to it.
When using Rumorous, you agree not to:
A game's host can kick a player at any time. We can suspend or remove any account or game that violates these rules, at our discretion, and without notice if the situation warrants it.
You keep ownership of the answers and other content you submit. By submitting it, you give us — and the other players in your game — permission to see, display, and store it as part of how the game works. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share.
If another player is misusing Rumorous, please email us at smfautomations@gmail.com with details, and we'll look into it.
Rumorous is provided free of charge, "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You can stop using Rumorous and request account deletion at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continuing to use Rumorous after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
